I've always wanted to try an isolation tank and was excited when one showed up so close. However, the experience was not what I'd expected.
I can highly recommend floating in general, and Evenfloat specifically! Floating is such a relaxing experience - it's such an amazing feeling to be unplugged from the world for an hour. I feel so great exiting the pod, both mentally and physically.
The tank and facilities themselves are great, however, the tank is adjacent to a studio that, at the time I was there, was used for a youth martial arts class. I'd be all zen-like and then I'd hear a bang, or stomping feet. It seems their restroom shares a wall with the tank room.

I was so happy to learn that a place to float had opened nearish to my house! I had floated one time previously, but that place was an hour and a half from home. I'm thrilled to find a place that's just a half hour away.

I was going to Evenfloat every week for a while, but due to time constraints, had to take a couple of weeks off. I really miss it, and look forward to getting back into my weekly routine soon.
The times I visited Evenfloat were great experiences, with regard to both staff and facilities. I can't think of a single criticism - everything was wonderful: a very comfortable experience both in and out of the pod.
If I were to describe the most peaceful place I could imagine, it would be an underground aquifer fifty miles beneath the earth's surface. This is probably a safer and far more practical alternative. I suggest having them play music during your float. The rhythms they have on their playlist are on point. 10/10 Will float again.
I voiced my disappointment to the clerk and she just shrugged her shoulders without even an apology. I will try an isolation tank again, just not here.
